Our Lawyers

Jeffrey Thomas Massaro

Founder and President

Jeffrey Thomas Massaro founded the firm with a passion to counsel clients with the utmost professionalism and vigor. He has built upon the firm's mission statement of instilling clients with comfort and confidence. He is a graduate of the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University in White Plains, New York, with magna cum laude distinctive honors. Prior to law school, he completed undergraduate work at Boston University and Fordham University.

Mr. Massaro is admitted to practice before all New Jersey state courts, including the New Jersey Supreme Court. Mr. Massaro is also admitted to practice in the State of New York and at the Federal level before the United States District Court in the District of New Jersey. He currently volunteers as a panelist on the Bergen County Matrimonial Early Settlement Program, and was appointed by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a District IIB Ethics Committee Member.

Mr. Massaro enjoys assisting the business community and his community's residents. He served on the Business Development Board of Atlantic Stewardship Bank from 2009 to 2014, the Advisory Board of Event Inventory (now a Ticketmaster company) from 2005 to 2008, and served as Treasurer and Co-President of the Franklin Lakes Education Foundation from 2018 to 2021.
